Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled because it has already been forwarded to our fulfillment partners.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our global dropshipping fulfillment model, we generally do not accept returns.
Items are shipped directly from international supplier warehouses, which makes return logistics extremely complicated and costly.
For this reason, customers should carefully review product details before placing an order.
Returns will only be considered in very limited circumstances described below.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We may offer a replacement or refund if one of the following situations occurs:
Damaged Product
If the item arrives damaged during shipping.
Incorrect Item
If the customer receives the wrong product that is different from the item ordered.
Lost Shipment
If the order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe due to shipping failure.
To request assistance in these cases, customers must provide:
- clear photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- order number
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Customer ordered the wrong item
- Customer changed their mind after purchase
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by customs or international logistics
- Refusal to accept delivery
Return Shipping
If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return instructions will only be provided after the return request is reviewed and approved.
Delivery Delays
Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination country
- customs inspections
- local postal services
- international logistics conditions
Estimated delivery times typically range between 7 to 30 business days.
Delays caused by customs processing or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
